12V LED Trailer Tail Lights — Pair, Side Marker / Caravan / Truck

A pair of sealed 12V LED tail lights for trailers, box trailers, caravans, camper trailers and light trucks. Direct replacement for cracked or fogged incandescent units, and a straight upgrade if you're building a trailer from scratch.

Why LED over incandescent

• Draw far less current — matters on a trailer running off the tow vehicle, especially with a fridge or winch on the same circuit.
• No filament to shake apart — the usual failure mode on corrugations and unsealed roads.
• Light instantly — no warm-up delay on the brake light, which is the difference the driver behind actually sees.
• Sealed housing — water resistant and shockproof, so no condensation fogging the lens after the first wet trip.

Fitting notes

Short leads are supplied, so plan on extending back to your plug with automotive-grade cable. Solder and heatshrink your joins rather than using crimp connectors on a trailer — the vibration and water ingress will find a crimp eventually, and a trailer light fault is one of the most common reasons for a roadworthy knock-back.

Check your state's requirements for lamp positioning and spacing before you drill. Trailer lighting placement is regulated and varies by trailer width and length.
